Foxtrot gift cards went online
Foxtrot was the first in the household supplies and electronics market to provide the opportunity to purchase a plastic or electronic gift certificate and use it when buying goods in stores or in the online store Foxtrot.ua
The Ukrainian retailer continues digitalization, therefore improving customer experience in all areas. As part of the global optimization and automation of business processes, since 2022, Foxtrot has updated its approach to the use of gift cards.
Our customers got the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate from foxtrot.ua in plastic or electronic form. The minimum amount of purchase is 100 UAH. You can perform the service both in one of the 168 stores of the network, and on the official website of Foxtrot. A card purchased in a retail store is also valid with online orders.
“A gift card from Foxtrot is a versatile gift that will allow the addressee to receive the desired thing,” said Oleksiy Zozulya, the CEO of Foxtrot. - Previously, the use of gift certificates was limited, so we faced the task of equalizing the conditions for using a gift card offline and online in order to satisfy customer demand for this service. In the last six months, our specialists have finalized the technical component and launched the updated tool on the website.
Foxtrot informed that the certificate can be purchased at every store of the chain, ordered with delivery by Nova Poshta, or picked up at the company's corporate sales department.
The certificate in electronic form will be sent to the buyer by e-mail. To make a purchase using a certificate, a person must know its number. The combination of numbers must be entered into the appropriate wondow on the website or told the cashier in the store. The need to print an electronic certificate is no longer relevant.
