Foxtrot case at the Forum Unshadowing – Civilization 2:0

On December 10, Foxtrot brand specialists took part in the Unshadowing – Civilization 2.0 Forum organized by the European Business Association

Vasily Grib, the head of Foxtrot Sales Technical Support Department, presented at the Forum the business experience in implementing an electronic fiscal receipt – one of the most successful tools for controlling a company's turnover.

Vasily said that during the 1st year of the reform, all the brand's stores made money from software registrar of settlement operations. The first self-service checkouts with software registrar of settlement operations were already launched in a pilot format in the capital's Retroville and Cosmo Multimall shopping malls.

Among the positive results of the online checkout:
  • the number of transactions "payment at the seller", without having to go to the cashier, which is 6% of the total.
  • the average service time at the checkout has decreased by 3 times to 50.3 seconds (as of November), which means that customer loyalty has increased by the same amount. After all, time is money.
  • with the help of an electronic fiscal receipt, it was possible to strengthen such brand values as eco-friendship. About 185 km of A4 paper were not used, since there was no need to print checks (740 km of cash tape), which helped to save about 3.5 tons of wood.
– Software cash desk and electronic check are well treated by customers, since they give them certain privileges, such as purchase security, convenient online format, accessibility and speed of service, – said Vasily Grib.

At the Forum, representatives of 6 Ukrainian business industries appealed to the authorities to create equal conditions for doing business for all entrepreneurs, stop pressure on legal businesses and stop imitating the fight against the shadow.

One of these tools is the introduction in 2020 of a software software registrar of settlement operations (cashbox in a smartphone). The fiscalization of the gadget trade has been mandatory since 2017 for all participants in this market, and the cheapness (or even free of charge, if it is non-commercial software) of the electronic cash register saves business resources and increase customer’s loyalty.
