"Green Office" of "Foxtrot" is under the gun of "CrimeaSaFaRi-2013”

"Foxtrot" supported the festival for young advertisers “CrimeaSaFaRi" as the lead sponsor and the attractive employer for talented and active young people


The main advertising event of the summer held In Sevastopol on 6-8 July. It was the 5th Crimean International Student Advertising Festival ("CrimeaSaFaRi"). Young advertisers gathered at the base of Sevastopol Institute of Banking , the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine.
"CrimeaSaFaRi" is an international project of the Advertising Festival in Ukraine. He is member of the Association of Student Festivals in Ukraine and the International Association of Student Festivals. The festival aims to support young marketers and advertisers in Ukraine, aid in their professional development. The organizers were the Union of Advertisers of Ukraine and the journal "Marketing and Advertising".

The central event of the festival, of course, was "Advertising Landfill." The participating teams had to create in two days in a non-stop working a real integrated advertising campaign for a real brief. Creative quest putted partner – the "Foxtrot" Group of Companies. Participants were required to develop an advertising campaign for the external environmental and corporate charity program "Green Office".

Since 2009, the "Foxtrot" GC implements the program "Green Office" as an environmental charity volunteer movement in the industry and among partners. For four years, there was a system of employees actions, supported by the owners of the business. The uniqueness of "Foxtrot" has three components: the staff make life better for those who need it, do it voluntarily, self-realization is not only as professionals but also as active citizens of society. The third is unique - the actions of the individual, but integrated into the world of ECO practice (global program "Green Office" and the movement «Go Green»).

Based on knowledge got during the consultation, six teams of young advertising men - 6 participants had suggested advertising strategies out the idea of "Green" Foxtrot" to an audience. The winners of this category (command "Flock") submitted a concept based on the "Theory of Small Deeds," by Dostoevsky, with the slogan "We are looking for ours! "Foxtrot" GC.” According to a good idea, the young advertisers’ scenario presented the video, the mechanics of communication with active youth through online application. The command "Flock", which included the young advertisers from Donetsk, Kharkiv and Lviv, was awarded the prize «Dream-Team» from «KrymSaFaRi 2013" after the successful presentation of the concept.

- Thank you for your understanding and festival promotion of the idea that "Foxtrot" is the employer who contributes to the maximum fulfillment of employees and the development of better personal qualities - initiative, social responsibility, positive impact on the world, belonging to the creation, - Chairman of the Board of Founders Group "Foxtrot" Gennady Vykhodtsev said. - It is important as to be leaders in the electronics retail market in Ukraine, as also to keep the championship in the ranking of "The Best Place for Career Development and Personality" in the understanding of young people.
