The no jokes April for "Safety School"
In two cities in Ukraine - Donetsk, Mykolaiv and – was realized the "Foxtrot" social project. The "Safety School" has become more systematic than, for children of all ages successfully teach safety rules and use the WHC, and with the characters of the animated cartoons "Fox and Trot at the Rescue"
The "Foxtrot" social project "Safety School" has reached a new level as "2 in 1". We have combined both in a single system of social work with young Ukrainians. The innovation was tested in April 2013 in Mykolaiv (16 and 17 April) and Donetsk (25 and 26 April). The organizers have combined two forms of work with children in the same city at the same time talking about safety rules with kids - at children's parties "Security Lesson" and with high school students - by KVN Game of Young Traffic Inspectors.
How did we teach children and adults with safety rules in Nikolaev? We did it through a local television station, and perhaps adults Mykolaiv have been adopted too. During the lesson on Safety the "Foxtrot" showed to kids 4th series of its own animated movie "Fox and Trot at the Rescue. Fire," and Fox has awarded the winners of those quizzes and competitions. Children were surprised with Fire-Show on the Territorial Emergency Administration of the Mykolaiv region, a fashion show and parade of the rescue equipment. There was also a serious talk with a real lifeguard, Constantine Shpilevoy, who has saved 7-year-old child during an accident in the attraction carousel. There was even a small concert - performance of the young fire brigade "Brave Hearts" from secondary school 54
"School Safety" was continued in the new format on April 25 in Donetsk. Kids firstly repeated there safety rules during the Safety Lesson in the rescue squad of special purpose from the Territorial Emergency Administration in the Donetsk region. Fox also entertained the children, as it helps high school student and prospective rescuer Oleg with a team of young firefighters "The Last Hero" from Makeevka school 53.
The next day April 26 in Donetsk, the teams from Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad and Donetsk regions competed. "Foxtrot" encourages those high school students who knew the rules of road safety and promoted them, and laughed over their peers who show the lack of this knowledge!
- It is necessary to communicate with children about safety at an early age. Here is successful learning format with cartoon characters. Well, ignorance of the rules at an older age is a subject of conversation in the joking style of KVN – the Executive Director of the «Foxtrot. Technique for Home” Vyacheslav Povroznik said. - We believe that such a system with children of all ages maximize the impact of their training in a comfortable and safe life.
