The "Foxtrot" brand was named the best at the "Man of the Year-2012"

Final of the "Man of the Year-2012" program took place on 23 March 2013 at the "Ukraine" National Palace of Arts. The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of this national program is in the 17th consecutive year. We show the general public inexhaustible intellectual and creative potential.
 


Choosing the best brand of the best was made with the help of an expert survey. On the eve of the award ceremony the Academic members of the Supreme Council identified by the title holder by the secret voting (three winners in each of the 16 Program categories).
The award winner got the Executive Director of the "Foxtrot. Technique for Home" network Vyacheslav Povroznik:

- The title of "National Trademark" – is for us a recognition for the "Foxtrot. Technique for Home” network and our strong motivation from the outside. This means that as a nation-wide retailer and one of the largest employers in the country, we are on the right way to the customer orientation, innovation and corporate social responsibility. This award is not the first for us, but very honorable. After all, the "Man of the Year" program is highly valued by society because of its sweep and objectivity. "Foxtrot" today is the rightly ranged national brand, as he is known in all corners of the country. "Foxtrot. Technique for Home” is a strong and successful national brand that runs every hour on the rise both quantitative and qualitative indicators to be closer to our customers.
This victory is a result of a systematic work of the "Foxtrot. Technique for Home” network on the implementation of the strategy of customer orientation and improvement of key processes. In 2012, the network held the leadership in the retail market of Ukraine: ranked 30 among 200 successful Ukrainian companies (the magazine "Forbes", 2012), 355 in the rating "TOP-500 largest companies" of Central and Eastern Europe.

Statistics of the Loyalty Program "Foxtrot. Technique for Home” showed on the results of 2012 about 3.5 million loyal customers of network. "Foxtrot" won first place in the  Relations with Customer " in the National Business Case Competition from the "Center for the Development of CSR."
During the last year, "Foxtrot" has repeatedly affirmed its prime status, and introduced innovative services, such as program “BackBuy” and Electronic Catalogs project. The Network regularly organized trainings and actively participated in the development of civil society in Ukraine by the Corporate Program "Green Office.» In 2012, the Retail Chain has won the Competition of the Best Employers of the year and received the "HR-brand Ukraine Award" for the innovative experience in the "School Directors" Project implementation.
