In July 2024, the FOXTROT Group of Companies presented the 14th non-financial report on sustainable business development in 2023 as a member of the UN Global Compact

According to it, the strategy for the development of GKF brands in 2023 is client-oriented, and social projects are systemic, coordinated with social state policy and support the activities of state authorities in solving urgent social problems.

The GCF Communication on Progress to the UN Global Compact is published on the website of the UN Global Compact as reported in response from the UNGA office in New York. At this level, the Global Compact office recognizes companies that want to be the best CSR reporters and declare that they have adopted and report on a wide range of company sustainability best practices.

The authors of the 14th Communication on Progress are a team of PR managers of the Management Company. According to the document, GKF business projects have achieved particular success in the implementation of human rights protection. More than 80% of Foxtrot stores partially or fully meet the criteria of inclusivity, which were determined during the formation of the "Map of Inclusivity from LUN". In addition, within the framework of the social project "Barrier-free Foxtrot" in 10 stores in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro and Odesa, an innovative service was introduced to serve illiterate customers through an online sign language interpreter. A special "Vushko" web widget is connected to the Foxtrot.ua website for simultaneous online communication between the client, a harsh language operator and an employee of the Foxtrot contact center.

The report also states that in 2023, the Foxtrot brand entered the rating of private technology companies in the study "Does business care about users" from the NGO Internews-Ukraine. The business website is among the 10 successful in the following categories: compliance with the requirements of national legislation; compliance with European standards; technological aspects of website operation; convenient use of the resource and inclusiveness.
