Synergy Foxtrot and BON for support of the Armed Forces

In March 2023, retailer of electronics Foxtrot signed a cooperation Agreement with the BON (Charitable Association of Nations) Foundation

Cooperation involves an informational partnership for the collection of donations by the BON fund for the needs of defenders of Ukraine, strengthening Foxtrot's corporate charity with the participation of its customers.

In particular, it is about joining efforts in helping the Air Force of Ukraine – air defense troops. After all, from September 2022, Foxtrot systematically helps 14 military units of the sky defenders of the air defense system with equipment. The retailer handed over 230 gadgets and household appliances worth more than UAH 1.5 million to military units whose units cover the skies over Poltava, Cherkasy, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Vinnytsia regions and Kyiv.

– These are Atlantans who hold the sky on their shoulders, powerfully shooting down missiles and drones launched by the enemy at peaceful homes and critical infrastructure. Therefore, our task is clear: to continue to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to unite with like-minded people, such as the BON Foundation, to strengthen the air defense of Ukraine with equipment, to protect peaceful Ukrainians, to bring our Victory closer, – noted Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of Foxtrot.

According to the head of the BON Foundation, Oresta Brit, "during the 9 years of the war, it became clear that volunteering is an unprecedented unification of the nation for the sake of defeating the Russian aggressor, the art of providing timely assistance to defenders is the mission of every conscious Ukrainian. From my experience in general and today: the most urgent need now is financial assistance for the purchase, timely delivery and distribution of aid according to the needs of our defenders. Financial assistance is the shortest and most effective way to provide timely and effective assistance. Charitably uniting nations for the sake of victory!"

The partners plan to implement the first experience of cooperation during the international sports dance tournament "Parade of Nadij", which will take place on March 25, 2023 in Kyiv. 10% of the funds received for the entrance tickets to the tournament will be transferred by the organizers in cooperation with the BON fund to the needs of the Air Force of Ukraine. And Foxtrot plans to increase the tranche from the organizers of the tournament by doubling this amount and purchase the necessary equipment for the defenders.

As a reminder, in February 2023, Valerii Makovetskyi, the chairman of the supervisory board of the Foxtrot network, was awarded the commemorative badge "For assistance to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" on behalf of the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk.

And in 2022, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, awarded Gennadii Vykhodtsev, the chairman of the Board of Founders of the Foxtrot Group of Companies, with the medal "For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "The total amount of equipment transferred from Foxtrot to the assistance of the Armed Forces since the beginning of the war as of March 15 is UAH 14.3 million.
