Results of the campaign for Armed Forces Day: UAH 160,000 for a fleet of marine drones from Foxtrot buyers
In support of the United24 fundraising platform initiative, Foxtrot transferred UAH 25 from each purchase made on December 6 in the brand's retail stores or on the foxtrot.ua website to the special account of the NBU.
The total amount of funds collected in one day – December 6, 2022 – amounted to 160,000 hryvnias (link to the payment order). Thank you to everyone who joined Foxtrot in such an important cause!
Note that on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the company supported the call for the creation of the world's first naval drone fleet. Fundraising began in November on the United24 fundraising platform initiated by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi. The main task is to protect the water area of Ukrainian seas and peaceful cities from cruise missiles launched by Russian troops from ships. The fleet will also help unblock the corridor for civilian ships carrying grain for the world.
In addition, Foxtrot supports Ukrainian defenders in every possible way, providing them with the necessary gadgets and household appliances. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Foxtrot has allocated more than UAH 12.6 million to strengthen the country's defense capabilities and support Ukrainians. Assistance in the form of equipment was received by military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, units of the National Guard and State Security Service, detachments of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, public and charitable organizations, medical institutions and other applicants. Only in September-November-2022, the retailer provided equipment worth 1,000,000 hryvnias to the Air Defense Forces, which protect the skies over Poltava, Cherkasy, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Vinnytsia regions and Kyiv.
