Foxtrot launches order tracking service

The retailer has implemented a new option for delivery of ordered goods by the company's courier service

At the beginning of 2022, the Foxtrot brand launched a real-time order tracking service. This option is active in all cities where our own courier service is present, covering more than 30 major cities and their "satellites": Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Poltava, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and others.

In December, pilot delivery was held in Kyiv, where over a thousand successful deliveries were made in three weeks. Scaling in other cities started on New Year's Eve.


“Order tracking has become an integral part of the modern rhythm of life, as it allows customers to plan their day, and for us to be more flexible and mobile,” said Vadym Osinsky, head of the company's supply chain department. – This is especially true for those buyers who choose the delivery option not at a certain period of time, but during the day. Accordingly, the tracking service in the Foxtrot delivery service is a convenient option for the client and another competitive advantage of the brand.

The number of such deliveries has exceeded two thousand since the launch in all cities.

How it works
  1. As soon as the goods leave the warehouse, the client receives a notification in Viber or SMS with information about the delivery during the day and contact information about the courier.
  2. One hour before delivery, the client receives a second message with a link to a map to track the route of the courier service. The exact time is recalculated according to the traffic situation.
  3. In February, a courier card with his photo and personal rating will be added, as well as the option to switch to the chatbot.


Let us note that the Foxtrot network is systematically working on the introduction of new services that optimize business processes and improve customer experience, in particular, in the direction of logistics. In 2020, the company was the first among the players in the household supplies and electronics market to launch express delivery of goods in 2 hours, and in November 2021, two new delivery methods were connected to the usual delivery methods: on the same day and at the selected time.
