“Foxtrot” shared the secret of success with students

On 4-6th September about 150 freshmen’s Kiev National Trade Economical University (KNTEU) visited store in Kiev located on Moskoskiy ave 21B.



For example, the biggest supermarket chain of home appliances in Ukraine students acquired with the principles of navigation inside the store, salesroom layout formats, characteristics of the merchandise, saw best examples of sale tools from leading venders around the world, also learned trend-marketing tools as focal merchandising of promotional products, degustation, master-class, sales-action, display branded zone.   

- KNTEU – strategic partner of “Foxtrot” and a source of manpower for future employees of the trade sector, that is why during the excursion students where told about career opportunity at the company, showed real working conditions and development prospects, - said head of HR department at “Foxtrot” Maria Chernenko.
Students got orientation on possible future action, from sales personal, heard about clear and understandable career development that gives opportunity to learn and build career at the company.

 From latest coop projects V-Festival of costumers, when with the help of Ukrainian youth movement “Youth for the costumer rights”. Students organized poll called “secret buyer”, to know sympathies of young people in retail market of home appliances and electronics. “Foxtrot” became a winner in category “Favorite student’s store” finishing ahead competitors by 10 points.
