"Foxtrot" at the Forum: "Introduction of cash discipline will stop a stream of smuggling and will strengthen the white market in Ukraine"
More than 2,5 thousand people became participants of the First All-Ukrainian forum "The future of the market of the cash turnover in Ukraine: transparency, equality, responsibility" which took place on June 22, 2015 in Kiev.
The forum was organized by Council of independent accountants and auditors with the assistance of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Public fiscal service, with assistance of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, a distribution network "Foxtrot" and some other companies. Answers to the questions connected with expanded application of the registrars of settlement operations (RSO) were looked for by participants of online broadcast of the Forum (2000 people) and more than 500 people who were present at Chamber Plaza conference room.
Introduction of cash registers in Ukraine was planned in 2010 when the Tax code was developed, but it was accepted only at the end of last year in the Law of Ukraine No. 71-VIIІ. The document obliges subjects of the simplified system of the taxation to use on the third group RSO since July 1, 2015, on the second – since January 1, 2016.
The forum about the future of the market of the cash turnover in Ukraine was conceived as communication with business where authorities convinced businessmen: introduction of RSO will help to do business honestly and without fear, and the cash discipline needs to study already today. So, in June the distribution network "Foxtrot" offered the Kiev businessmen free practical seminars about rules of work with RSO. The leading* retailer of household appliances and electronics sees prerequisites to a victory over smuggling and growth of a share of the white market in Ukraine in strengthening of cash discipline.
- Competitive conditions in the domestic commodity market are signs of healthy economy, the main condition of inflow of investments and the indicator of a level of development of the state, – Vyacheslav Povroznik, the executive director of a distribution network "Foxtrot" noted . – Providing equal conditions for all participants of the market, and also legalization of the whole branches of economy will become real in case of impossibility of realization of illegal illicit goods in all sales channels. Under such circumstances economic feasibility of smuggling will disappear.
