"The help our’s" from Foxtrot exceeded UAH 39 million in 2.5 years

The priority is to strengthen the airborne assault and anti-aircraft missile units, which perform combat tasks in the "hottest" areas of the front, as well as fellow defenders from #фокстрот company

On the eve of the 33rd anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine, the corporate headquarters of Foxtrot "The help our’s" summed up the results of the work for 2.5 years since the beginning of the full-scale war. During this time, volunteers of the headquarters – employees of the company – processed 1,342 requests from military units of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the SSO, the SBU, the National Police, the National Guard, units of the State Emergency Service, etc. The amount of equipment assistance reached 39.1 million hryvnias, and the number of issued gadgets is almost 8,500.

"The primary tasks of the "Help Us" headquarters are to strengthen the combat capability of units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, to provide them with the necessary gadgets and household appliances. Of course, we try to close all requests as much as possible. But the priority is to help units that carry out combat tasks in hot areas – Pokrovsky, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and now in Kurshchyna, as well as fighters of the anti-missile defense of Ukraine. We are also strengthening with equipment the units in which our defense colleagues from the so-called #Foxtrot company serve," said Alevtyna Demutska, press secretary of the Foxtrot Group, curator of the "The help our’s" headquarters.

For example, during this time, Foxtrot strengthened the aerial reconnaissance unit Foxtrot 80 of the Galician assault brigade, which was founded by a fallen colleague-hero with the callsign Foxtrot Oleg Markovych, by more than half a million hryvnias. And for the Kyiv "rocket players" together with the "Kozak Drive" Charitable Fund and other partners, the company equipped a mobile bathhouse and a transformer kitchen.

"It is important for us that the provided equipment really helps boys and girls in the performance of combat tasks. And laptops and tablets have been the undisputed leaders in this since the beginning of full-scale use, thanks to which defenders have the opportunity to better control drones and destroy the enemy and his military facilities. In 2.5 years, we handed over 600 laptops and tablets to the Defense Forces. An important and household component: washing machines, boilers, kitchen stoves are among the requests. Helping the soldiers carrying the war on their shoulders is a matter of honor for Foxtrot," – added Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of the company.

The retailer notes the seasonality of requests from defenders. So, this summer, dozens of units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine asked for help in the form of refrigerators and freezers (190 units were issued). The same applies to generators, heaters and dehumidifiers (430 units in total).

In addition, the company carries out its own charitable initiatives and supports national ones. In particular, Foxtrot supported the new all-Ukrainian levy on the IT "pumping" of the military "Throw the hryvnia – train the military" from the Aerorozvidka NGO. The goal is 1 million hryvnias for further training of 2,000 specialized military personnel by the end of 2024. The Foxtrot network became the first partner of the initiative, donating half of the necessary amount – 500,000 hryvnias to the account of the NGO – to "pump" the knowledge of defenders. The organizers collect the other half of the amount for a monobank.

It should be noted that the corporate headquarters of "The help our’s" has been working since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. The company's employees in various regions and in the central office became corporate volunteers, 15 of them received the thanks of General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine V. Zaluzhnyi for a significant personal contribution in providing comprehensive assistance to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, active volunteering in martial law conditions.
