The updated Foxtrot was opened in the Dnipro shopping center "Caravan"
The retailer changed its location in the shopping center, moving to a more convenient and profitable location that was previously occupied by one of its competitors in the electronics market
The opening of the store took place on April 27 and became a landmark event for the company. In particular, due to moving to a new, more convenient and much larger location. The retail area is 1,200 square meters. (the previous one was 900 square meters), the total was 1,400.
This made it possible to increase the merchandise content by 25% and place the maximum number of brand zones in all categories.
"Despite the daily challenges and attacks of the enemy, we continue to live and update our stores. After all, who but a business should be close to its customers at such a time, supporting the economy, saving jobs and paying taxes, – noted Oleksiy Zozulya, executive director of Foxtrot. – We congratulate the Foxtrot team at the Karavan shopping center on the opening and welcome Dnipro residents to us for an update of home appliances and gadgets".
It should be noted that this store in Dnipro became a pilot project in terms of interior decoration of the sales hall. Authentic visual solutions are implemented by branding the walls along the entire perimeter, creating the effect of an embroidered towel.
The pattern is based on classic minimalist geometric patterns with the addition of ethnic Ukrainian motifs. The concept was developed by Foxtrot's creative in-house team.
"As a result, the effect of foxtrot embroidery is created, because it seems to be "hidden" in Ukrainian patterns. This is another, designer way to emphasize the Ukrainian identity of the brand, which is also reflected in the new uniform of the sales staff," – added Oleksiy Zozulya.
The grand opening of the store in Dnipro will take place on May 16-19. Discounts of up to 50%, cashback, bonus raffle and other festive offers are being prepared for visitors.
As of the beginning of April 2024, the Foxtrot network has 124 operating stores in 67 cities, including the front-line cities of Kherson, Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, and Sloviansk, the Foxtrot.ua online site, and the mobile application of the same name. In Dnipro, the retailer is represented by 5 stores.
Additional options such as fast delivery, convenient credit, FoxiObmin service (trade-in), removal of old equipment, etc. are available to buyers.
Also, in a number of stores, Foxtrot was the first among Ukrainian retailers to connect a sign language service for hearing-impaired customers.
