Nova poshta and Foxtrot have launched a partnership to quickly deliver aid to defenders
The partners have deepened their long-standing cooperation. From now on, together they will provide equipment to military air defense units that close the sky in the hottest areas
In September, Foxtrot will direct the entire social budget to support the army of Ukraine. The Nova poshta, in its turn, will ensure fast delivery of the necessary equipment.
"Nova Poshta has been helping our defenders since 2014. We know what the needs are at the front, we regularly try to satisfy them, we purchase the necessary equipment and ammunition for the front line every month. So, we were happy to support Foxtrot's initiative to join forces. After all, now is the time when businesses are united by a common goal – victory," – says Andrii Hrygorov, head of the humanitarian department of Nova Poshta.
This year, Foxtrot handed over 11 million hryvnias of equipment and electronics for the needs of the country. 70% of the devices were sent to fighters in the eastern and southern regions, the rest of the aid was received by applicants from the northern, western and central regions. Most of all, defenders now need tablets, laptops, MFP devices and large household appliances – freezers, washing machines, refrigerators.
"Foxtrot has a lot in common with Nova Poshta, and it's not only our long-term commercial partnership," says Oleksiy Zozulya, Foxtrot's executive director. – From the beginning of the war, each of the businesses reinforced the defenders with their own goods and services. And today we are entering a new stage: we are pooling our resources to jointly help the Armed Forces and defend the independence of Ukraine."
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Nova Poshta has transported more than 15,500 tons of humanitarian aid at its own expense, which is equivalent to the weight of 25 Mriya airplanes.
Today, more than 400 charitable foundations and volunteer organizations transport their goods at the expense of Nova Poshta, and their number is increasing every day.
