800 checks per week are the first results of "Cash at the cash desk" from Foxtrot and PrivatBank

Since March 18, PrivatBank and the Foxtrot network launched a cash withdrawal service at the cash desks of the operating stores of the all-Ukrainian retailer of household appliances

The offer “ Cash at the cash desk” is aimed at empowering clients opportunities due to the increased demand for such service in a wartime, in particular, for the comfort and safety of Ukrainians.

During the first week since the launch of the service in Foxtrot stores, more than 800 customers have made use of it, having received their own funds in the amount of UAH 2.5 million. As Foxtrot noted, the service is most popular in cities with over one million population – Lviv, Kyiv, Odesa, as well as in small towns such as Nizhyn, Voznesensk, Fastiv, Pervomaisk, Romny, Yuzhnoukrainsk.

“In these difficult times, it is important for us to provide costumers not only with access to the purchase of the necessary equipment and electronics, but also to provide the best set of all available services. Now our customers do not need to spend time searching for cash machine. There is no need to stand in danger in line for the money. You can safely withdraw the required amount when paying for any product at the checkout – without commissions and queues, ” – commented Oleksiy Zozulya, Executive Director of the Foxtrot network.


To use the service, when paying for the main product, pay for it with a card of any bank through the PrivatBank terminal. The withdrawal limit is from UAH 50 to 6,000 (if there is an available amount of cash at the store's cash desk).

“Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, PrivatBank’s clients have received more than UAH 1.5 billion in cash through outlets where the “ Cash at the cash desk” service is available. This service allows you to receive funds from your bank card when buying goods at the cash desk of the store. Under martial law, it is safer option than trying to find a cash machine” – added Dmitry Musienko, head of the PrivatBank retail business directorate.

Foxtrot retail network reviews the status of operating stores in different parts of the country on daily basis in order to continue to be as accessible to visitors as possible. On March 25, 95 outlets are open. The current list of Foxtrot stores and their work schedule is available on the retailer's website.
