Foxtrot group of companies 15th mini-football cup will celebrate its anniversary in the West

15th tournament in mini-football united teams from all regions. They competed for the title of the best football team in Foxtrot group of companies. Ongoing tournament gathered teams from West regions – “FTD-West” and “FTD- West 2”, “FTD-East”, “FTD-Center” and “FTD-South” teams and ones from Kyiv – “UK GKF”, “FTD Kyiv” and “South-contract”.

Tournament took place in two parts, teams competed for the right to become the owner of Foxtrot group of companies anniversary champion cup. Based on matches results of selection teams, participants divided in half. Teams, who got first and second places in group, raffled a Gold Cup, and teams, who got third and fourth places, raffled a Silver Cup. Football weekend pleased the fans with spectacular games.

“Foxtrot-West” team became the tournament winners, who got anniversary Gold Cup. In the stubborn fight with footballers from “South-Contract”, champions won with 1:0 score and got 15th Foxtrot group of companies cup (the fourth Foxtrot trophy in their collection). FTD-West 2 turned out to be stronger than FTD-Center during the game for the third place.


Kyiv citizens from “FTD-Kyiv”, who outplayed “FTD-East” team with the score 7:2, became the owners of Silver Cup. In game for the third place, UK GKF won with the 6:2 score.

Moreover, there were chosen winners in the following nominations:

- “Best tournament scorer” – Andriy Yarmash (FTD-Kyiv), who scored 11 goals in 5 games.

- “Best tournament goalkeeper” – Igor Stefanyshyn (FTD-West).

- “Best tournament player” – Andriy Silishchev (FTD-West).

- 15th Anniversary tournament in mini-football for Foxtrot group of companies cup is the evidence that sport and health support of our employees is essential part of corporative company culture. Those competitions already have become traditional, – Foxtrot group of companies head director Gennadii Vykhodtsev commented on 15th tournament. – Every year team’s level noticeably increases, our corporative teams’ participance in all-Ukrainian and international competitions proves it.


Note: Foxtrot group of companies football tournaments’ history reaches 2006 year. That was when the first tournament was held in Kyiv NPDU sport center. Ten Kyiv teams from Foxtrot offices took part in this event. As at 2021, about 15 tournaments took place in Foxtrot group of companies, they were held in different times of year, on courts and artificial grass fields in different locations.
