The quarantine is continuing: Foxtrot increased the coverage of delivery to all 28 thousand settlements of the country

The omnichannel Foxtrot network focused on online sales from foxtrot.ua during the national quarantine.

In addition, the company approved a new regulation of the rules for the delivery of goods with an emphasis on the safety and infallibility of door-to-door delivery. At the end of March 2020, Foxtrot customer delivery covers all 28 thousand settlements in Ukraine

The company said that the geography of coverage was increased by expanding the pool of logistics partners.

Own delivery service has 150 courier crews in 52 cities. The remaining expectations of the company's customers for the prompt delivery of orders made via the Internet are closed by the couriers of Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. On March 26, Foxtrot began cooperation with another company with 500 branches across the country – the logistics operator Justin.


The main principle is to ensure the most secure process of delivery and receipt of goods for both customers and couriers of the company. Every day, before the start of the working day, temperature is screened among all courier service employees. Only after that they are allowed to perform official duties.

  • All delivery service crews are provided with personal protective equipment: masks, gloves and sanitizers. After a working day, the car fleet undergoes full sanitary treatment.
  • The courier, driving up to the house, informs the buyer about the rules for the transfer of goods by telephone. Employees are also instructed to maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters when communicating with the buyer.
  • The shipped goods are already ready for inspection with all the necessary documents (fiscal receipt, guarantee, waybill, etc.). Also, the courier will be able to answer additional questions and accept payment.
  • Buyers are advised to pay online (for online orders) in order to minimize contact time. Customers are asked to use gloves to check goods and transfer money / signed documents. 
The company added that the delivery of equipment and electronics for Foxtrot customers for the quarantine period is free.
