The Buyers and «Foxtrot» help displaced families

On the 10th of August the trade network «Foxtrot» has carried out the transfer of financial assistance in the amount of 13 490 hryvnia to the charitable foundation «SOS Children's Villages». For to-day there is an urgent need in children`s food and money is planned to be spent for it namely.

- Unfortunately, the number of children and families that were forced to leave their homes increases every day – says the National Director of ICO «CF «SOS Children's Villages» Andrey Chuprikov. – However, it is worth noting that the number of people who ready to help others is growing steadily. And the project «We Are Together», organized by the «Foxtrot» company, is a clear proof of this. During this time, CF «SOS Children's Village» has provided medical supplies and baby food more than for 100 children. We would like to express our gratitude for caring, kindness and generosity of our partner, «Foxtrot» and its customers.


The charity project network «Foxtrot» «We Are Together» allows everybody to join the good work. The exclusive souvenir postcards, magnets and notepads, were specially designed for this project by digital-publishing «Glowberry», placed in the checkout area stores «Foxtrot» and can be purchased for 5, 7 and 10 hryvnia respectively.

- All money from souvenirs sale is transferred to the charity fund «SOS Children's Villages», – said Natalia Srednaya, marketing director of trading network «Foxtrot». – Every time help of the company and clients is tangible for children and their parents, and allows our countrymen who are in difficult life situations feel cared compatriots, because the motto of the project – «We have common roots. We are together».

Today, CF «SOS Children's Villages» helps 303 children in status displaced persons (172 families) in the Kiev region and 155 children (96 families) in Luhansk region in Starobelsk. In total 458 children are the beneficiaries of the fund.

The previous (June) «Foxtrot» and its buyers tranche amounted to 15 608 uah allowed to buy medicine, hygiene and nutrition for the sponsored (infant formula, juice, fruit puree). The aid was distributed between the members` families according to their individual needs. Thus, prescribed by a doctor 14 families got medicine that they were not able to buy themselves. And more than 20 families, who are raising kids, got baby food and hygiene products.
